There is a single un tapped mounting tang on the centre top of the lense. Just check you mount!! The wr400f 1999 was supplied with a cev lense and has different mounting hardware!!! The plug is a 3 way female spade with three unterminated wires - red, black and blue. This headlight is designed for use with a H4 bulb.
